    i assume more cash will be required with only $2m in the kitty (including the $0.7m R&D refund). Cash burn was $3m last quarter.

    Hopefully they are focused on getting the JV over the line for some equity which hopefully will have a positive SP impact such that TONOB and TONOC are in the money, and therefore more cash into TON.
