    I can see that you wouldn't but SK did because they can. Funding Sconi is not a problem for them.


    Read the term sheet again and it said that BFS June 2018 and $80M transaction in 3 months and finance by Dec 2018. Also the 3 month period starts from when they received BFS. I guess mid Sep - mid Dec. AUZ has till Dec 2018 to secure financing.


    I believe that AUZ will get financing before Dec deadline.
