while news has continually been good, cash being burnt at a rate of knots.
this HAS been deliberately held back, more than likely a large investor that knew cash was been spent hand over fist, happy to invest by the looks of it but at a better price than 3.7cps
major beneficiary/s of upcoming cap raising will be the most obvious candidate/s for the recent washing of shares and well timed small sells late in the day.
question is what will the raising price be, discount to today's closing price, a bullshit vwap figure or could they say how generous they are and give a premium to existing price.
fact good news has continued to flow without the slightest hint of an SP rise, think price could be 2.8c but just a guess really.
expect a trading halt in very near future to announce another raising and with the artifically low SP expect major dilution and potential consolidation of register. IMHO
AGM on 29/11, will definitely know what is happening by then but starting to feel like shareholders are the ones being mined here not Prieska. personally wont be voting for any increase in remuneration or "performance" rights, not that vote will count as the major recipient/s of shares in the upcoming raising will no doubt vote for it.
