Guys- it's quite simple so all this speculation is unfounded. The tests occur prior to or during loading. They have their own lab, approved by off take partners as acceptable for product testing. Prior to shipment the the letter of credit is signed off and AJM takes that to the bank (as guaranteed payment assuming quality is as desired). AJM assumes no shipment risk- if the ship goes down thats between customer and shipping company ( AJM have previously stated shipment is arranged by customer) Effectively once the ship sets sale AJM are paid. I have personally utilized these facilities before in the Middle East and I know the way they work. Any speculation on this is complete and utter trash talk. Why would you ship a product with the uncertainty that is wouldn't be accepted for quality purposes? Moreover, how would your bank guarantee a shipment of product that hadn't been tested prior to leaving your premises? Guys- please have a bit of cop on.
