    Well, think about like this. Let's just say you own 5% of a company and want out for what ever reason. You can't just sell it all in one day. So you sell out over time, but because you have so much stock you end up lowering the sp. what were their reasons? Who knows. All that matter is it appears they are selling out and it will affect the sp
