the last quarter was the same with nothing spent on development and 205k spent on "production".

I can envisage that the contractors are either paid upfront or during milestones.. so its possible to miss a quarter or two.... but how are we calling anything we are doing production.... unless of course we are producing somewhere.... which implies that (205k spend @17K cost) that there is 12 ton sitting somewhere.... with another 7 to add this quarter with projected outlays.

this is a little strange.
