Now let’s consider where the potential bottlenecks may exist in this much cumbersome process
-operating permits...licence B for new entity WLMC..me thinks done
-ore supply agreements...done per 13/2/2019 announcement
- financial information...AHIC said will supply audited accounts...me thinks done
- Independent Valuation of the Luapula Processing Facility..pain in the arse and expensive but 19/03/2019 done with finesse through METS
-offtake agreements...well could be the sticking point...in DEC 2018 ASX indicating “appropriate arrangments “..wonder what appropriate now means to satisfy the prospectus
- prospectus...well this little gem takes 4 weeks with ASIC after spending 8 weeks with ASX for their four eye verification
Maybe it’s just me but sounds like turnarounds with externals not so simples....these lawyers just love dollars
