How would anyone know?? WFE is NOT providing any information via official announcements!!
There is still no quarterly!!
If WFE were to appoint the appropriate Independent Experts to do the work they could easily announce it.
Because they have announced nothing, I assume they have not appointed the appropriate Experts to do the necessary work.
What Independent Expert reports do WFE have to say this material change in direction is a good idea?? There are none, so until they organise this, they will get nowhere IMHO.
