Are you not the slightest bit curious about WFE potentially losing the 50% interest in the JV facility by missing an important deadline if there is one??
What about the deal for the tenements?? Is there a time limit on when WFE have to pay the $US1.2M??
If you were a 100% legit ordinary shareholder, then such an important questions would be paramount to get an answer for. Why didn't you ask??

A simple announcement of some important timelines from WFE is easily the most important thing they could do right now. They could and should have already done this. It is a mandatory requirement (quarterlies) plus 'continuous disclosure'.
How many red flags do you need before you start asking some serious questions about your investment??
