Why register a new private company which is not a subsidiary of MTC if it is to be a part of MTC? I don't feel we are a part of this at all.
To be frank, I think Russell is likely being played by the Chinese. They might just pick up Cancet for pennies in the dollar while Russell is eyeing off something probably unattainable elsewhere. Obviously he has taken his eye off the ball. We are valued at one third of the ipo price and the ASX has suspended trading in our shares.
