Would not cost a lot to acquire 50.1 % of MTC call an Extraordinary Meeting with a resolution to issue X amount of shares at X price to whoever they wished or an equity swap.vote it through and they're on their way.
There's a million ways this could be done. (Not all would turn out well for current MTC shareholders by the way.)
I'm not pretending to know what will happen, but id be confident that it has been discussed between Russell and his investors to use MTC. - But that's only a guess.
I'm open to contrarian views, and Id love to hear a more detailed view from you if you'd care to share?
