They’ve been using short term loans and note conversions as short term cash source. I think cap raising to provide a slightly better buffer is more likely than not but hopefully a relatively small amount if it does happen.
Meanwhile zinc stockpiles are falling - only 5k tonnes short of 5+ year lows and zinc price is rising.
Developmentbid opening up more ore sources including high grade ore and it sounds like there’s plent of good dirt down there over and above existing JORC.
If there’s a Zinc price squeeze this looks like the perfect leverage to it.
