Who knows, but I don't think raising ~$40 million at a premium to current market price would send the SP south of 3c. Sure, some would be disappointed, but if SK pulled out and a third party did a deal at your suggested pricing people would be pretty happy IMO.
And for the record, I am not saying I would want SK to renegotiate the price and stay in or that I think that is what is happening.....I have no idea. More focused on your comment that it would send the SP lower if those terms eventuated.
