The x was the volume weighted average for whatever period at the time plus the x of the premium to secure the shares I can't care less if you weren't around to have read it at the time but it is all there in the announcements if you care to do some research and go back over them
just saying I think they will use the same math with a lower vwap to negotiate a realistic buy in...my thoughts only
