Not sure how you come to your conclusions.
The quarterly report is pretty comprehensive in it not only covers the progress over the last three months, but also covers some of the milestones ahead. I have held TLG for several years and generally speaking management deliver on what they set out to do.
Cash in hand is sufficient for TLG's needs for calendar year 2019 on past cash burn rates.
Naturally we all look forward to reading about some formal contracts, but the various stages in the quarterly report show they have made significant progress down the road. to commercialisation.
