The main problem is that the market couldn't care less for cobalt, all the cobalt players are at 52 weeks low, TAR hasn't been communicating cause the have been scratching their ass, the political situation on the Republic of Congo it's mess, and has you said not much money left in the bank.
The market has completely forgotten about TAR. CR at 0.03c you wish.. Maybe CN if they lucky.
