ALL that has been predicted has come to pass....not because of a crystal ball..but because history repeats itself rather often with stocks...the dumb azz directors have alot to answer for...but they never will...this is the ASX..rarely do they give a sheet about the share holders losing out....ladies and gentlemen your next major announcement to move this minnow will be a cap raise..and it aint going to be PRETTY...heres a tip its based on VWAP...and it will be discounted to its maximum extent allowed..because its extremely hard to attract capital to such an underperforming heavy loss making entity.....1 billion shares will give you $10 mill...now thats some real heavy dilution for existing holders...so far we all have been burnt...but now they want to also deep fry the existing holders.....AYR..CM8..CGM...ADV..BAT...all have something in common with SYA..poor management...good luck to all holders...no having a stab at anyone....personally sitting on sideline waiting..watching... if it really turns around im back in for the good times...but doesnt look likely because of the intense capital needs in the future....
