Going in voluntary suspension doesn't avoid insolvent trading, as voluntary suspension merely prevents us being able to trade in the shares of the company and doesn't prevent the company itself from trading (as in carrying on its enterprise).
I've heard that the company has been supported by a relative newcomer shareholder (that entered the T20 in the first half of this year) with a loan for cashflow while the financing gets resolved. However, won't know if there's any truth to that rumour until we get the next quarterly.![]()
