which bit?
I suppose in a nutshell - expect anything really
being in a gold explorer is a very risky business - even a good one (which I certainly think this is).
If your country goes down (which we look like doing) - your POG local goes up - that's great -- but, it's almost impossible to raise money -
which is devestating - means you have to raise a huge discounts
if you get a major meltdown - everything goes down - there's a few bods who can keep chugging - but, only very few - high profit gold miners would be one -
everyone else -- southward bound - when you see companies like BHP go from 50 bucks to 20 bucks in a global fright - you know things are going to be tough (and, has never recovered - it's now 12 years back)
if you are one of the poor buggers who has to raise cash to keep chugging through all that - no matter if you have got pure gold in the ground - you are in the poop
I cannot remember ever seeing such a potentially explosive global situation as now financially - think what's happening and think what's happening within BRB and all the things that can effect it ---------- it's impossible to predict which way the investment itself will go because there's just so many factors outside of it's control - which, there always are - but, right now - those variables - many of them - are in a real dynamic state of flux
One crystal ball wouldn't be good enough atm - you would need several. If a number of variables fall in line for BRB - it could fly - including this weeks supposed news (god help us if it's late) - but, if some of those variables go against us - well, god help us there as well - even if we have great JORCS and PFS's etc.. - the world and the nation is on an edge.
Gold has been here before - and, the market has been stung before - that's why it's reluctant to move things north ----- also - it doesn't help when we look at our sector and see these massive fails like DCN -
when I see things like that - I think - oh, god, lets just stay as exploreres - but, that comes with enormous risk if economies fall over -------- because you have to go to the cash tap to refresh - and, if it's dry - basically - you are stuffed - even if you have the best project going
have a look at some charts on Oz compared to different currencies -- make sure you have a cup of tea and a bex with you though
