Given past delays, and recent re-assurances that we would have an upgrade announced before the end of July, it is disappointing that it didn't come today (although there are still 90 minutes left when it could).

An ann pre-open tomorrow would allow plenty of time to read and digest the information before open.

A TH tomorrow would mean an ann wouldn't have to be made until Monday. This would coincide with the start of D&D in Kal.

The fact is, unless we have a release before 6pm Western Australian time, we're late. The last thing we need is to give the neighsayers an opportunity to downramp and cast doubt over the project or management, whatever the upgrade figure is.
