You're forgetting the demand for AJM spod. Is SS the only party around?
Not saying it will happen, but there is a risk, which I consider quite small. It's like buying a house, but you as buyer attach a condition of 'subject to finance'. Surely anyone willing to go through the rigours of house-buying will make sure first that they do qualify for the loan?
Besides, these Qs seem to have attracted the participation of those intent on the the negatives: there's mr bs (glen), there's the one who can't use spaces, there's a couple who've always been negative with AJM, etc
Anyhow, the only thing we can control is our own investments.
