Why don't you lend them it now so we can stay afloat a little longer - must be better than Robbercorp - IMO. And yes the chips are down enough for someone ...anyone who wants to buy out this lot and make something of it. China much?? Who knows...DYOR. Its still a huge asset potential. (insert sarcasm here) Maybe once China finished building the road, the Congo can gift it to them, for services rendered.??
