It looks weird but may be they have given figures wrong in the last qrtr and adjusting in this quarter unless they stuffed up with calculations. Normally receipts are received but in this case they have paid back to customers as the customer has rejected the quality of goods and PSC has to pay back OR they want to show their last qrtr healthy so they showed receipts though not received and adjusting this qrtr. This is my guess but they are quiet smart in manupulation though. For the last 2 weeks they are manupulating the stock to show green with few shares buying and then friday sombody sold 2.5 million at 1.8 cents ( 250 k at 18 cents).
