When the board initially tried to sell the NT project for $1.5m they felt it was multiples of what it was actually worth, now we are being offered $4m???

I would have to say with respect to the BOD they probably lack the technical knowledge to be able to value this asset and I believe the wording of the royalties issue should be amended. If we are successful in the sale we need to receive royalties on oil or gas and not just petroleum as stated in the agreement. Maybe this is just a typo, but it's a massive cock up if not and I'm glad posters have picked up on it.
