"The AMG of plants", it's "humming, working beautifully", "top class, quality plant" KB quipped at last year's BMI conference in Sydney to thunderous applause. He let himself be celebrated like a rock star - and I was one of those cheering.
I still want give him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was not aware of the problems brewing and the recovery challenges ahead. If he was, he has mislead the market and should be held accountable.
However, before we go there, there is an easier way to hold him and the BoD accountable: Vote against the proposed very soft remuneration and bonus reolsution at the AGM as per this thread.
