Why don't you do some research like I have previously suggested so you can understand that in any event, if things were to turn pear shaped, any kind of creditor (read financier, bond holder, lender) would have preference over an ordinary shareholder. Should t be a worry in WKT anyway as the project economics are extremely robust.
You write about jurisdictional risk. You are invested in a competitor IN THE SAME COUNTRY.
You write about no major institutional support. You are invested in a competitor that has "major institutional support" but still 4 YEARS NO FUNDING.
The reason previous deals were not accepted is due to high dilution. Shareholders have made it clear to management they don't want the company to be highly diluted.
Any other BS humble opinions that haven't been addressed?
