A company can raise up to 15% of its listed shares at any time.
I am dissapointed to see Talga doing a CR of 10%. If shareholders are being asked to pay 54c, its a kick in the teeth. What a coincidence the SP was hitting new recent highs when they set the price at 54c!!!
Who was driving it up?
Talga got what they wanted, a high issue price. Reading the Notice of AGM, yet again we see Directors getting a free ride.
51c today and price seems stuck. The money Talga have spent recently on financial advisers, and all we get is a CR at a premium?
Not good enough Talga. Make issue price 15% below 54c like most reasonable Co's do. Otherwise suggest shareholders buy on line and ignore 54c offer and wait for one that doesnt insult our intelligent.
