    Well technically the cash is the only tangible asset the company has. So spending 700k when you only have 2,700k is a large percent %. It's pretty dam important and tells a story.

    Without cash the company is insolvent. Without spending cash you get nothing done.

    An irresponsible management team could burn through that amount of cash in a quarter and leave you up the proverbial creek.

    Looks like PM1 management team is doing a good job!
