Good idea.
Unfortunately there are no smoking guns. It seems obvious to me that these guys are doing the bare minimum to collect director salaries (not to mention paying consultancy fees to their own companies and friends) but as long as they do something, it can’t be proven. It’s our fault for investing in such a dog.
