Well if the stock is at 10c when they complete the raise the MC will be $7.7m with roughly $5m cash.
Stock was up around 14.5c for a while before too and held above 12c easily.
Has been manipulated for some time imo. Little sells into the bid to drop it constantly.
Not sure what they are up too?
