An application to the courts is coming to request information pertaining to shareholders concerns, including a request for clarification around what appears to be significant concerns that the board of ANW and its executives have been providing false and misleading information to shareholders, the market and the ASX.
If the Chairman, Directors, and or executive officers of ANW have benefited or may benefit financially over and above normal commercial expectations or benefit secretively now or in the past via current or previous financial transactions under any circumstances whatsoever or via side deals and long term third party related commercial transactions that have ultimately disadvantaged shareholders, then there will be a day of reckoning.
