Hi Matricks.

I appreciate your efforts to gather documents and get lawyers involved. So far I only inquired a friend lawyer specialised in this area how the process works and what costs are involved. The expenses were quite repulsive and I wasn't sure of any sense in throwing more good money after bad. It would be great if there were some reconnaissance done, see what are the chances of investment recovery and at what costs. I didn't want to spend more coin on just to hear a lawyer's vague opinion. It's great if you have contacts to do that for you. I'd be happy to jump on the boat if there was a solid group of us to share the deal.

Yes, I remember very well the crushed rock contract for a wind farm. It was meant to easily cover HY expenses and it lured into buying more. Now I have $50k parked
in this stalemate and, as you said, waiting and hoping for any activity from the board.
