Illogical and MTC go hand in hand don’t they? As transparent as it may be, Russell and Gino wouldn’t care, just look at how they’ve treated shareholders to date, the ASX can’t do anything about it, a capital raise to mates at a discount is imminent IMO.
MTC had $961k at end of quarter. $450k about to go out the door to purchase non operating gold mine and then another $300k (due within 6 months) leaving $211k working capital over 6 months. Russell and Gino can burn through $211k in director and consulting fees pretty quickly as is evident by previous payments to them.
