The recent actions of management were a shake of the tree, pretending there's a cap raise at 5c this year and then a whole year later only at 8c, no higher, in that redacted report, then the admission of yet another case of late lodgement caused by more administrative oversights and now they're offering an out. Someone's buying, might look good to some, a 25% rise in a day followed by another small rise the next. But it's likely the price has been kept artificially down imo for this very reason, a shake of the tree.
