Current sellers are either 1) impatient and think they can make better returns elsewhere; 2) urgently need liquidity; 3) don’t understand they are selling $1.20ish for a $1; or 4) know something we dont.
Whatever the case, I see these sorts of deep value investments as a bit of a safe harbour in uncertain times like this. Tremendous upside with minimal downside if you can be a little patient.
