    That isn't a recurring quarterly expense, this is in ramp up phase. The fact they were able to purchase 26m of property plant and equipment and remain free cash flow positive is a feat on it's own.

    Imagine next quarter or more so the December quarter number when investing costs will be non-significant + UG mine in full operation. That will be the re-rate quarter. The stock market is a forward looking mechanism, if investors can see this 6 month potential and they keep ticking boxes as they have, WAF will get there, it's just a matter of time.
