I disagree, BOD and MD have a fiduciary responsibilities to the company to be solvent at all times.
They will not risk getting down to less than 1q of cash in bank, in case of a market plunge similar to March 2020, and they have a reduced ability to raise cash!
Of which there is a big chance of happening in the next few days or weeks, IMHO!
Little doubt a CR at present levels would be taken up in a heart beat, considering PM's on the rise and these guys spend it all on exploring, which is a nice in this sector, but rare.
So expect a CR soon, is my guess?
I hope to participate!
