It's abysmal, especially now since the world has suddenly decided to look outside China for RE. and prices might actually be moving upwards again. The obvious fact that NTU is just another Chinese owned company in disguise isn't going to help one little bit if they expect to sell outside China.
Missed the boat in a big way.
