if they get the finance then IMO the SP will increase and stay up - notwithstanding a short term sell off.
but if the finance relates to Tanz (and i really do not know what the situation is there ATM and particularly given that they are having elections soon are they not?) then IMO the sky is the limit given the quality G there (and thats only on a small portion of the land as they havent bothered exploring the balance)
