And I do realize they have the $2.75 shortfall coming in September Qtr together with the Acuity $2.750 still available PLUS closing cash of $493. However given the size of this transaction and with $1 million being burnt each QTR , I still feel as though this is extremely light on and will require some sort of ' Deemed ' valuation being stamped on the Authier and Sayona Quebec assets to lift the SP so as to obtain significantly more funding that that which is available at the present moment.
And I do realize they have the $2.75 shortfall coming in...
