My best guess is that ARV and PGM BOTH come to an agreement out of court and it becomes a 50 50 split as I don't believe money was ever spent on it to obtain it by ARV. I Held both ARV and PGM at the same time these agreements were happening and well after, I could never see where ARV spent the money. I could be very wrong though.

I am fairly confident PGM will be looking for that proof now. I remember speaking to CN about it years ago and he couldn't provide me with the proof other than ARV saying they had spent the 750k soo who knows.

Its interesting, I am starting to believe its amicable.
