They won't have enough money to do exploration and pay off the $22m in debt that is due in 6 months time without a raise. that's why they snuck out the presentation a few days ago. using the rain as an excuse isn't good enough.

They should’ve accepted the over subscriptions at IPO to put more towards paying off the debt, current share price would still be around the same levels or higher than it is now.
