It's hard to imagine them being granted the exploration permit but not the water permit.
You'd think shareholders would have learnt after the last delay not to hold the government to firm deadlines.
It will come when it comes.
Those trading the swings are playing musical chairs in my view. A trading halt to confirm Riqueza is fully permitted should see a gap up to 15c+
