I don't believe its possible to be as inept as Board & Management are by accident. They've spent years stalling this project and now the best they can offer is a capital raising over the next month to keep "studying feasibility" at ... what ... 6 cents? Is there a Chinese influence that's intent on building its shareholding cheap? Always avoid resources companies with Chinese investment, they never make progress because all the Chinese want to do is bankrupt them and pick up the scraps for cheap.
