These are my thoughts,
It will take WKT at least 6 months to obtain its full approval from the Tanzania bank and a similar time frame for WKT to grant the GoT its 16% free carried interest.
I suspect this week's CR will raise around $5-10mil, which will be used to complete the DD required by the bank (Conditions precedent - Insurance, loan documents, offtakes, building contracts) and progress its other projects
