Hey Cazz, so one company has $99k, a $300k overdraft facility and tells the market it plans to raise capital and that is totally fine...

the other company has $331k of their own money and tells the market they plan to raise capital and you find that outrageous?

I would prefer the latter of the two personally. The first mismanaged funds so badly that they needed to borrow to keep the lights on.

I agree neither situation is ideal, but both are/were entirely manageable. My comment was just in response to spid and his short/selective memory.
