now that’s the problem. Why is he telling you about a deal coming! Info should be provided to all shareholders through announcements, not to individuals calling company reps.
wether there is or isn’t a deal he should have kept his mouth shut and simply stated progress has been made and they intend to Ann. an update in x timeframe.
