To dumb it down Mr Andrew Corbett will receive a maximum of $500k in shares in 2024-2026 if:
(1) the project is approved for production
(2) the mine delivers within 15% of budget estimates
(3) KSN performs within the “80th percentile of the peer group”
Seems reasonable to me and i hope i have interpreted the proxy correctly.
To be honest i don't know what the “80th percentile of the peer group”means. This is not explained in the proxy. I am sure its presented in the AGM on 25 Nov though.
