Totally Agree georgia 14 and others, FMS is in a public platform but BOD is managing it as a PRIVATE company in the ASX, there has to be some questions that ASIC and ASX should be asking, does all this also have a TAX implication that the government of WA should be looking in deeper??
Agree totally if any the BOD members had any conscience, they would resign and stand up for their own reputation.
I recall a long time ago, when Todd became majority shareholder and the then Board vouched that this was a positive move and to sell up .. I asked a colleague of mine, that was an investor, if he knew anything about Todd, and .. well I can't say here on what his view was about Todd and the trail of devastation I was told they leave, I should have listened to him .. now I've experienced it first hand with FMS .. whatever the case I feel bullied, I feel robbed ..... I better stop there before I say something I should not. I think everyone here making their comments speak loudly on how minority have been treated and how FMS has been run into the ground and lost so much, so much potential lost due to miss handling and miss management, incredible loss of value and potential dividends, we have tried to be resilient, screamed for attention to the government, ASIC, ASX. Stay strong and stick to your principles, eventually someone will listen. I just can't believe we are at 47c, that's 0.018 cents in the old scale .. for a company that has so much resources and potential being buried by a BOD that should be ashamed.
