I agree this is quietly the most positive quarterly we have had in about a year, but to Bosto's point, mention of a div (even just that it's under consideration) would be nice, considering all their marketing / presentations used to mention they are "dividend focused". Still, there is reason to be optimistic based on these numbers and the PFS. Considering the rest of the market has been down and volatile as all hell the last few weeks, TI1 has held well at this base, and is primed for a move. Onwards and upwards, as they say.
